Has anyone seen The Wiz with Michael Jackson and other stars? Who is more sinister? The Wiz’s wicked witch or Wizard of Oz wicked witch? Either way I enjoyed both movies as a kid.

The Wicked Witch is among the best cast characters in the original Oz movie. But in the book, she is much more sinister. I much prefer the Oz books.

Wizard of Oz= Great movie! I remember growing up as a kid I used to love watching that movie, I think the wicked witch set the stage for all witch costumes on Halloween. Very interesting video!

I love the video clip. The wicked witch of the west scared the you know what out me when I first saw that film. I literally had nightmares for years. Also want to congratulate you on your site. I did a Google search for “Halloween witch costume” and found you on page 1.

I love that video on how they cast the wicked witch! I have always loved Wizard of Oz. My daughter who is now in her 20’s had such a fascination with it as a small child, she would watch it on video daily. By 4, she could recite every line.
